The best introduction? Going live together.

An onboarding day is often a tour and a stack of presentations. On the radio, it becomes a conversation. New colleagues ask the questions. The rest of the company listens in.

Onboarding new employees, with live radio. On an onboarding day, at an onboarding event or when a new group of trainees starts. In English, Dutch or both.

Questions about radio for onboarding

Short answers
How does radio for onboarding work?

New colleagues get a short radio lesson from Thomas van Empelen. Then they make a broadcast together: they introduce themselves and interview colleagues from across the company. We set up the studio and handle the tech.

Do new colleagues need any experience?

No. A short radio lesson is all it takes. Thomas teaches them to present and interview. During the broadcast, we handle everything behind the scenes.

How many new colleagues can take part?

At Deloitte we worked with small groups of two or three colleagues. That way, everyone really gets on the mic. Tell us how many of you there are, and we'll make a plan.

Does it fit our onboarding programme?

Yes. It can be part of an onboarding day, an onboarding event or the start of a trainee group. We shape the broadcast around your programme.

Can it be in English?

Absolutely. The radio lesson and the broadcast can be in English, Dutch or a mix of both. Perfect for international new starters.

How much does radio for onboarding cost?

If new colleagues go live themselves, choose Complete: €6,500 excl. VAT, with a radio lesson and a visit beforehand. With Thomas presenting, it starts from €3,000 (Live). Prices apply up to 250 employees; travel costs apply beyond 25 km from Amsterdam.
